Shipping

We want the small stuff of pet life to be easy — including getting your order to you. Here's exactly what to expect.

Order processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times

  • Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
  • A few specialist items ship from overseas partners and can take up to 20 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays can happen, especially during busy periods.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking link arrives by email and can take a couple of business days to show its first scan. You can also check progress any time on our Track Order page.

Free shipping

Shipping is on us. It's already included in the price you see — so there's nothing extra to pay at checkout, on any order.

Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — just send a photo so we can sort it quickly.

Changed your mind

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is covered by you. Once the item reaches us in resaleable condition, we'll refund the product cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

For hygiene reasons, a few items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns — we'll always say so on the product page.
